Her background includes more than 20 years of Business Management, Marketing & Design across the US & abroad. This experience enables Mia to creatively design, develop, manage & execute strategic plans for the operations of Abacus Computer Group.
Rehman Niazi – CTO, Director of Business Development, Senior Network Engineer
Rehman Niazi began as a Certified Microsoft (MCT) & Cisco Trainer for aspiring engineers and computer network instructors. Rehman is the team leader for Network auditing, design, implementation & administration, as well as complex troubleshooting, server management and Biometric Security. For more than 20 years, several business start-ups, government agencies and leading South Florida businesses depend on his technical expertise. He holds several industry certifications which include Microsoft Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I) and Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA). His continuing education on all leading technological advances ensures the most innovative solutions for our clients.
Oscar Rizzo – Director of Business Consulting, Senior Network Engineer
Oscar Rizzo has been performing IT project work for more than 20 years. He has held several roles in technology implementations for Fortune 100 companies in the US and Latin America. He administers services for corporate infrastructure, complex troubleshooting, backup/archiving, and delivers solutions for disaster recovery and project management. He holds industry certifications including: Certified Project Manager (PMP), Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Information Technology Professional Enterprise Administrator, Server Administrator (MCITP-EA, SA) and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
David Velazquez – Senior Network Engineer
David provides high-level technical support for clients throughout South Florida. He provides solutions for customer’s network needs. David is Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco Certified and our MAC specialists. His close attention detail and working with groups within an IT infrastructure and IT applications in resolving problems, has made him a valuable team member to ACG247, LLC.
David Owens – Network Assessment Team Leader
David performs Network Assessments for our clients and is responsible for preparing reports. He assists in making recommendations for necessary hardware, software and bandwidth to meet each office’s specific needs; with excellent customer service and effective account management keeping clients loyal, happy to use his resourceful talent & knowledge.
Xanu Lee – Account Coordinator
Xanu provides administrative support by coordinating technical staff with clients, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and information requests. This includes conducting research & fulfilling various administrative projects. Her legal, marketing & sales experience with various businesses worldwide ensures her professionalism in customer service.
